Construction of Metsatuka terraced houses will begin in the spring of 2025, with the homes set to be completed in the winter of the same year.

Sales process

Booking The client will sign a reservation agreement, which will be valid until the conclusion of a contract of sale under the law of obligations. To confirm the purchase request, the buyer is required to make a €4,000 advance payment when signing the reservation agreement.

Contract under the law of obligations A notarised contract of sale under the law of obligations will be concluded with the client specifying all details related to the transaction. With the contract under the law of obligations, the buyer will pay 10% of the purchase price, minus the €4,000 already paid.

Real right contract Upon completion of the house unit, a notarised real right contract will be signed, where the buyer will pay the remaining portion of the purchase price, and the ownership of the house unit will be transferred. The real right contract must be signed within 1 month after the final completion of the house unit.

The contract price includes:

  • The final completion of the house unit and outdoor area according to the project documentation and interior finishing package.
  • Utility network establishment and connection fees (water, electricity, sewerage).
  • Data communication and telephone communication readiness.

The contract price does not include: 

  • Notary fee and state fee related to the conclusion of the sales contract.
  • Connection fee to the communication network (the communication network readiness will be established by the developer).
