On the outskirts of Kiili small town, the Rabarebase garden suburb is rising, with the ambition to be nothing less than a guiding example in creating a holistic living environment for all future development projects. We are building a total of 13 terraced houses with 62 new homes. In addition, there will be a playground for young children and a community area. We also place special emphasis on creating a safe street network, where residents aged 8 to 80 can move around with confidence.

In Kirsiaed, the traditions and dignity of Eastern architecture meet the Nordic authenticity and homely warmth. The residential area being developed along quiet cul-de-sacs is designed for residents of all ages In traditional single-storey buildings, the privacy of a detached house blends with the convenience of a terraced house. The buildings in Kirsiaed are constructed from high-quality materials.  The energy efficiency class A, geothermal heating and solar power allow you to focus on what matters most – living itself.

Who among us hasn’t dreamed of a cosy house on the edge of the forest? In Viidumetsa, classic urban comforts meet the timeless values of rural life.

You are surrounded by the quiet of the forest, where you can relax with your family after a workday. On hot days, you can cool off in the nearby lakes – just like in your childhood.

Viidumets features terraced houses, plots of land and detached housed, which can be built to order if desired.

Wandering through the magical forests, you discover that nature has a mysterious power that connects. Living in Järve Kuma, you will feel the energy and creativity that nature offers you and how it shapes your life. We are building 3 new terraced houses in Otepää, with a total of 9 new homes.

The Järve Kuma homes will be completed in the summer/autumn of 2025.

The Nõmme homes are located between Hiiu and Nõmme centre. The modern and energy-efficient residential building with 17 apartments and commercial spaces is lined with beautiful lilac bushes. The building offers both cosy small apartments and compact 4–5-room homes with rooftop terraces.

Nõmme homes were completed in 2021.

Mooni 64 is the first terraced house built by Pinered. The building with a modern architectural style contains five fully equipped residential units. The building has a combined ground and solar heating system. The spacious windows of the living rooms face directly towards the evening sun.

Mooni 64 terraced house was completed in 2017.

The Mooni 54 terraced house is located on a very challenging plot, at the intersection of four roads and opposite a nine-storey apartment building. Therefore, we designed the building as three separate semi-detached houses, with terraces screened from external view by side walls.

Mooni 54 terraced house was completed in 2018.

This is a very special project, custom-made at the request of a good friend. This is the first wooden building designed and constructed by us.  We gained valuable experience and became convinced of the advantages of timber construction over other methods. Therefore, we will build a large portion of our future buildings using timber.

The project of the Kuuse Experience Homes was challenging both architecturally and in terms of engineering. In cooperation with the Kõrvemaa Hiking and Skiing Centre, we have achieved an excellent visual design with high construction quality. If compare this to for example suit buying, then it is not just not quality suit from department store but tailor-made masterpiece, which is among others completely unique.

Kuuse Experience Houses were completed in 2023.

The ‘Delfi MOODNE KODU People’s Favourite’ award was proudly claimed at the Wooden Building of the Year 2024 competition.

The single-storey detached house in Otepää is distinctive both inside and out. During the project, our architect was able to unleash creativity, creating a unique and modern living space that is in perfect harmony with the beautiful natural surroundings. The house incorporates innovative indoor climate solutions that ensure maximum comfort and energy efficiency for the residents. Every detail has been carefully thought out to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing home.
